Code of Conduct

We want the Radical Heights experience to be welcoming and fun for all players and we want your help to maintain that vision as well! In an effort to make this happen, you will find the Radical Heights Code of Conduct below.

All users are expected to play by the rules. All violations of the Code of Conduct are thoroughly investigated, and all enforcement decisions made are final.

Boss Key Productions cannot be held responsible for the actions or comments made by Users in the various areas of the game, forums, or other social media outlets. Boss Key Productions reserves the right to remove any and all content published by a User without prior warning or notification.

We strongly advise you not to give personal or account information to anyone. This includes information that can be used to identify you (social security number, telephone number, physical address, etc.) or information that may be used to compromise your account (personal email address, answers to your security questions, etc.).

Depending on the seriousness of the violation and the player’s history, violations and actions taken by staff include the following:

Use of Unauthorized Third Party Software for Modding/Hacking
Any user who utilizes unauthorized third party software to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate stats, and/or manipulate game data is subject to penalty. Unauthorized third-party software includes, but is not limited to, aimbots, wallhacks, trainers, stats hacks, texture hacks, leaderboard hacks, injectors, or any other software used to deliberately modify game data on disk or in memory.

User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, receiving a full account wipe, including stats and inventory. PC users on Steam will be reported to the Steam enforcement team (VAC).

Pirated Content
Any user who illegally acquires Radical Heights content is subject to penalty.
User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, receiving a full account wipe, including stats and inventory. PC users on Steam will be reported to the Steam enforcement team (VAC).

Unsupported Peripheral Devices and Applications
Any user who utilizes an unsupported external hardware device or application to interact with the game is subject to penalty. Unsupported peripheral devices and applications include, but are not limited to, modded controllers, IP flooders, and lag switches.

First offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online, and will have their stats reset. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Extreme or repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, and will have their stats reset.

Example of an extreme offense: Consistently lag switching to gain an advantage over other players.

Glitching
Any user who abuses an exploit in game code or other established rule of play is subject to penalty. An example includes, but is not limited to, using a hole in the map geography to intentionally go outside of the map boundaries.

First offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online, and will have their stats and inventory reset. Duration of the suspension is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, receiving a full account wipe, including stats and inventory.

Offensive Behavior
Any user who is found to use offensive, illegal, derogatory, vulgar, sexist or culturally charged language is subject to penalty. This includes any language spoken or written within the game. Cyber-bullying and other forms of harassment are considered extreme offenses and will result in the harshest penalty.

First offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Second offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online and will have chat privileges in the game revoked. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis, but will be longer than a first offense suspension.

Extreme or repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, and will have their stats and inventory reset.

Usernames
Impersonation of any other player or staff member is strictly prohibited and User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, and will have their stats and inventory reset. Action may also result for the primary account of user if different than impersonated account.

Usernames of players are also to coincide with rules of offensive behavior. This includes the use of names of a hateful, racist, defamatory, ethnically offensive, medically offensive, obscene, vulgar or sexually explicit nature, include a name or link to a terrorist organization any other offensive wording. Alternative spellings and/or spelling mistakes are also subject to action.

First offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Second offense: User will be temporarily suspended from playing the game online and will have chat privileges in the game revoked. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis, but will be longer than a first offense suspension.

Extreme or repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, and will have their stats and inventory reset.

Improperly Obtained Content
Users that are found to have inventories containing content obtained outside of normal gameplay are subject to penalty. This includes items obtained through exploits. Penalties will not be issued for content obtained by gifting, social means, customer support intervention, and/or promotional events.

First offense: User will be temporarily suspended, and whatever gain was exploited will be fully reset. Duration of the suspension is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Extreme or repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, and will have their stats and inventory reset.

Account Sharing
Violations of the Code of Conduct that occur on accounts being used by individuals other than the owner are still subject to the above penalties. Violations of the enforcement policy that occur on accounts borrowing the game from the owner may result in penalties applied to both the borrower’s account and the owner’s account. All users are responsible for the security of their own accounts, and penalties that have been issued are irrevocable and final. Please do not share your personal information with anyone.
